Instructions for Authors

 

Official language of the IEPS-2016 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.

Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.

One author may submit not more than two papers.

Papers must be submitted on-line in PDF format only via the EasyChair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieps2016 during registration process.

Size of the conference paper should be 3 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according IEEE Conference Proceedings format.

IEPS-2016 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted and orally (or with poster) presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as in other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Google Scholar etc). Non-presented papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

 

 

IEEE COPYRIGHT POLICY
IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.
Here you can find a printable version of IEEE Copyright Form. A signed scan copy of the Copyright Form should be submitted to the PC along with the paper. The authors who do not provide an IEEE Copyright Form, runs the risk of not being published in the conference proceedings or in IEEE Xplore.
Send the scan copy of copyright for your paper to the Conference e-mail (ieps.ieee@gmail.com).

Creating your PDF eXpress Account.
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site.

First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
38090X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
